Corporate

Business has never been more global. The number of high level, cross-border deals continues apace. Our clients look for advisors with a sophisticated blend of legal knowledge, business understanding and an international presence to help them navigate the world of corporate finance.

This is our largest practice area, covering Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Private Fund Formation, Communications, Media & Technology, Financial Institutions, and European Competition & Regulation. Our clients include many of the world's leading companies, including more than half of the Global Fortune 500. Our extensive global reach, combined with international deal execution skills and local market knowledge, provides clients with access to 200 partners and a further 500 lawyers with global and local capability. Their expert advice and innovative strategies ensure we develop exceptional client solutions.

The scale of your experience in this group will only be limited by your capacity to take it on. You'll be involved in a full range of activities. For one deal, you may be drafting, proofreading or verifying vital documents. On another, you could be coordinating an international, cross-practice team of lawyers. Whatever your role, you'll gain direct experience of large-scale corporate transactions, working alongside global experts. This will give you plenty of scope to develop your legal knowledge and apply it in a business context.
